3. Payments
All prices are shown inclusive VAT and payments can be made in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time. We currently accept payments by credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Your credit card will be debited at the moment of receipt of your order.

Our products will be despatched to you after receipt of full payment. You shall not be entitled to set-off any amounts due to us against any amount due by you to us in connection with this transaction.

4. Delivery
We will deliver all products within five business days after receipt of your payment. Shipping costs will be calculated with 3,00 USD per order.

If there will be a charge for delivery or cost of any special packaging/ special handling, it will be added to the amount of the order and displayed during the proceeding of checkout and payment.

5. Cancellation of order/Revocation
You may cancel your order within one month following the day after receipt of delivery for any unused products purchased through our Website without giving a reason. Please return all products you want to return to:

We will not refund the postage fees for delivery and return of the products. Providing the products are received back in an unused condition and in their original packaging with all accessories, you will receive a refund within thirty days of your notice to cancel to the bank account where the payment has been charged of and by the same payment method as the initial payment has been.

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we or our officers, directors, agents, employees, licensors, suppliers or any third party mentioned on the Site be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental and consequential damages lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption) arising out of or relating to the Site and Content or resulting from the use of or inability to use the Site or the Content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we are advised of the possibility of such damages. This aforegoing said shall not apply to damages that caused personal injury or death of a person due to a breach of our obligations.
